Things to know when booking your appointment:

About age requirements & IDs:
Any person receiving a new piercing service, including minors, must present a physical copy of the required, valid IDs at the time of their appointment. If the ID requirements are not met, the appointment will be cancelled, and a cancellation fee will apply. The booking form and release forms serve as legal agreements, and both require you to acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to our ID/cancellation policies. Again: PHYSICAL IDs ARE REQUIRED AT TIME OF SERVICE -- No Exceptions!

About cancellation fees:
Our full cancellation policy can be found here. When booking an appointment, you will be required to put a debit/credit card on file to hold the appointment. This card is only charged if you no-show your appointment, cancel the appointment with less than 12-hours notice, or fail to provide the required ID(s) at your appointment. The cancellation fee is 50% of the service fee for each service booked during that appointment. Providing an invalid card on file will result in your account being restricted from booking with us again until the cancellation fee is paid in full.

About “add-on” services & booking for multiple people:
Each client must have their own appointment; do not use "add-on" services to book for additional/separate people. “Add-on” services are to be booked only as an addition to a full service appointment for the same client, with the same piercer, during the same appointment.
To book separate appointments  for multiple individuals, please complete one booking at a time. Ideally, you should book each appointment under each individual's name, as opposed to using one persons's name for multiple people's appointments -- this will make your check-in process much easier! Appointments are typically 15-40 minutes long depending on the type of service, so keep this in mind when booking for multiple services or multiple people coming in together. 

For example:  if you see availabilities for a 30-minute nostril piercing at 4pm, 4:10pm, and 4:30pm with the same piercer -- when you book the 4pm appointment slot, the 4:10 will disappear, but you'll still be able to book the 4:30 spot for another service or for your friend.
